Future Roadmap & Expansion Plan

Building the future of logistics

Our strategic vision is to build an independent, end-to-end hardware and software ecosystem. See how we are preparing for the electric and edge-AI era.

Special Focus

Ready for the EV Fleet Shift

Logistics is undergoing a monumental transition to electrification. OMNI is positioning itself ahead of the curve by building a specialized EV Fleet command suite.

  • 1Range Prediction Models: Machine learning calculations that predict remaining battery distance factoring in weather, cabin temperature, route elevation profiles, and cargo weight.
  • 2Dynamic Smart Charging: Automatically dispatch vehicles to nearest compatible chargers when SoC drops below 15%, and pause charge rates during peak cost hours to optimize fuel expenditure.
  • 3SOH Degradation Auditing: Monitor cell voltage decay to predict remaining battery lifespan and schedule proactive replacements before roadside failures occur.

Development Milestones

Direct-to-Hardware Telematics Protocol (Custom TCU)

/ Q3 2026In Development

Bypass third-party API aggregators completely. We are building direct-to-vehicle hardware interfaces (OBD-II dongles and direct Telematics Control Unit firmware) communicating directly with our high-throughput TCP socket listeners. This reduces coordinates refresh latency from 5 seconds to sub-200ms and cuts third-party subscription costs.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Fleet Analytics

/ Q4 2026Planning / Prototype

Prepare your fleet for the electric future. OMNI EV will track real-time State of Charge (SoC), charging speeds, and battery temperature. Our smart dispatcher will schedule charger bookings during off-peak utility pricing and analyze battery State of Health (SoH) over time to flag cell degradation.

Smart Vision ADAS & Cabin Monitoring

/ Q1 2027Research Phase

Integrate dashboard cameras with edge-computed safety alerts. Capture and log driver fatigue warnings (yawning, micro-sleep, eye closures) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) anomalies like lane departure, sudden tailgating, or cell phone usage.

Cross-Border Transit Corridor Telematics

/ Q2 2027Proposed Expansion

Launch specialized multi-carrier SIM network routing to prevent telemetry dropouts in cross-border logistics hubs. Features smart offline-caching modules that queue and dump telemetry metrics once cellular coverage resumes.
